Our personnel are qualified to a minimum of City & Guilds 3667-02 units 1, 2, 3 & 4 and they are always diligent and operate good working practices to ensure that the cable’s maximum pulling tension and minimum bend radius is never exceeded. They also ensure that each cable’s asymmetric skew is constant at terminations and that the cables are never installed near power supplies. These good working practices reduce cross talk, attenuation losses and Electro Magnetic Interference in the system which results in a fault free system giving you the highest possible bandwidth.
We also recognise the importance of fire risks when installing cables through a building and can provide fire sealing systems for cables in buildings when they pass between walls and floors.
We take great pride in the appearance of our installations because a neat and tidy cable system is much easier to maintain in the future. We always ensure that the cables we install have suitable mechanical protection with the appropriate containment as this will minimise any possible future damage to the system. We also ensure that the system is suitably earthed at all points.
CS Electrical can offer testing and inspection of your system which includes basic fixed link and channel testing. Using the latest Fluke testers and software we are able to provide you a wire map of your system which will show where the cables run and any faults on the system. All documentation will be provided for your records and uploaded to our Overview system for you to access online 24/7 during the project.
