At CS Electrical the directors and staff regard health, safety, and the environment as an extremely important priority for the company. CS Electrical is committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of occupational health and safety to reduce risks and protect our people, the communities, and the environments in which we work.
We encourage everyone to care for each other and have the confidence to voice any concerns they have with regards to reporting any unsafe acts or conditions they find. Although in practice zero harm is extremely hard to achieve, we do adhere to high health, safety practices and standards always to keep risk to a bare minimum after all its our people that make our company.
Our Safety & Care principle is not just about good Health and Safety practices and environmental controls the Care element of the principle has a large focus on Mental Health and the support we can offer in relation to this. We recognise that there is a problem with Mental Heath in our profession because Suicide rates for construction workers in the UK is over three times the national average and more must be done to address this tragic statistic. We believe passionately that it is our responsibility as an employer to encourage our people to talk about their mental health without prejudice so that we can offer our support where it is needed.
